Advanced Cloth Simulation

A creative exploration in developing a dynamic mesh texture capable of catch a variable weighted dropped object. This model was designed to experiment with rigid bodies and cloth mesh manipulation. Although creating cloth simulations is not necessarily difficult, the design challenge was formulating a specific objects' weight, distance of drop, and mesh displacement values required to develop a real-time texture that slowly nestles the payload safely to the ground and adapts to external variables ↓
